Just like a forest of diverse trees, we are interconnected by our stories, experiences, and dreams. How can you Participate?
Join us in a powerful moment of unity and connection every Wednesday at 5:55 PM Eastern Standard Time. It’s a time to be in sync, to become one sound and one mind with people from around the world. Here’s how you can participate:
1. Find a Peaceful Space: If possible, choose a serene and quiet space where you can fully immerse yourself in the prayer. You can kneel, lay prostrate on the floor, or sit in a comfortable position.
2. Minimize Distractions: Remove any distractions that may hinder your focus during this sacred moment. Disconnect from your devices, silence your surroundings, and create an environment of tranquility.
3. At Work?: If you’re at work during this time, consider placing the prayer in front of you as a visual reminder. Alternatively, hold your sisters in your thoughts and heart during this time, even if you can’t physically participate.
4. Silent Unity: If you are unable to engage actively, we kindly ask that you maintain silence during this time, allowing your heart and mind to resonate with your sisters.
5. Heartfelt Connection: Let your heart and mind unite with our collective energy, as we come together to uplift one another. Feel the power of our shared intention and love.
